Grand Welcome for Saint Ravidas's Kalash Yatra in Balrampur

Devotees and Dignitaries Greet Sacred Yatra

The sacred Kalash Bandhan Yatra, which began from Varanasi to mark the 650th birth anniversary of Saint Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj, was accorded a grand and devoted welcome at the border of Balrampur district. A large number of local devotees, along with office bearers, public representatives, and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party, were present to witness the procession.

During the welcome ceremony, the attending public representatives and devotees honored the procession by showering flowers on the portrait of Saint Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj and the sacred Kalash. All pledged to spread the message of harmony, equality, love, service, and humanity, as taught by Guru Ravidas Maharaj, to every household. The atmosphere was filled with chants of "Guru Ravidas Maharaj ki Jai" and devotional songs, creating a reverent ambiance.

Several prominent political and social figures participated in this significant welcome ceremony in Balrampur. Among them were BJP District President Ravi Mishra, Sadar MLA Paltu Ram, MLA Kailash Nath Shukla, MLA Ram Pratap Verma, Chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad Balrampur Dr. Dhirendra Pratap Singh 'Dhiru', Block Pramukhs Rakesh Tiwari and Govind Sonkar, BJP District Vice President Vandana Paswan, Brijendra Tiwari, Sanjay Shukla, and Varun Singh 'Monu'. Also present were program convenor Shiv Prasad Yadav, co-convenors Rajaram Gautam and Bindu Vishwakarma, District General Secretaries Dr. Ajay Singh 'Pinku' and Mahendra Pandey, DP Singh Bais, Sadhana Pandey, Sudha Pandey, Saroj Tiwari, along with hundreds of workers and devotees. Together, they extended a grand welcome to the yatra.
