Lord Devnarayan's Divine Procession Grips Harwar Village

Harwar, Neemuch District | September 18, 2026 – A grand procession was organized today in Harwar village to commemorate the divine horse avatar of Lord Shri Devnarayan. The procession, commencing from the Devnarayan Temple in Bade Deora at 9 AM, witnessed a unique confluence of faith and devotion, with a large number of devotees participating.

A vibrant atmosphere of religious fervor permeated the streets as the procession wound its way through the village. The event featured captivating religious tableaux and the joyous participation of devotees swaying to devotional DJ music and the rhythmic beats of drums.

A particularly enchanting performance by a mare captivated the assembled crowd. Devotees chanted 'Jai Shri Devnarayan' and moved forward, dancing and singing to the devotional music. The charm of the religious displays and the devotional ambiance was met with warm welcomes from villagers at various points along the procession route.

Special 'aartis' were performed at prominent temples, followed by the distribution of 'prasad' (blessed food) among all the attendees. People of all age groups, including women, men, and children, participated with utmost devotion and enthusiasm, with chants of Lord Devnarayan's glory echoing all around.

Spiritual Energy Envelops Harwar Village

The procession completed its circuit of the entire Harwar village, culminating back at the Bade Deora Devnarayan Temple. Following the event, 'prasad' was distributed to all present devotees.

A special sense of excitement was observed among the Devbhakt Parivar and local residents regarding this religious event, which immersed the entire village in a devotional atmosphere.
