Fatal Accident Claims Life of Medical Operator in Rajpur

Rajpur, Farrukhabad | July 30, 2026 – A devastating road accident near Rajpur village in the Farrukhabad district has resulted in the untimely death of a medical store operator. The incident occurred when the victim was standing by the roadside, engaged in a conversation.

An unidentified, high-speed dumper struck the operator with immense force, causing severe injuries that proved fatal at the scene. The deceased has been identified as Devendra Vikram, 40, a resident of Udharanpur Leelapur village in the Mirzapur police station area. He operated a medical store in the Kakarkata area of Shahjahanpur district and was reportedly on his way to his store as per his daily routine.

The collision was so severe that Devendra Vikram was thrown onto the road and sustained critical injuries. Promptly alerted by local residents, an 108 ambulance arrived and transported him to the Rajpur Community Health Center. Following initial treatment, his condition worsened, leading to his referral to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

This tragic incident has plunged Devendra Vikram's family into profound grief. He is survived by his wife, Babli, mother, Sushma, and two sons, Divyansh and Siddharth. His family is inconsolable.

Station House Officer Darshan Singh confirmed the incident, stating that one person died in the road accident. Police are conducting a thorough investigation and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the dumper involved.
