Public Hearing in Damoh Addresses 247 Grievances

A significant public hearing held at the Damoh Collectorate office heard a total of 247 applications. Collector Pratap Narayan Yadav listened attentively to the problems of citizens from various remote areas.

The Collector issued strict directives to the concerned departmental officials, ensuring the swift resolution of all these applications within the stipulated timeframes. The primary objective of this public hearing was to directly address public complaints and issues.

Prompt Action Mandated for All Applications

Speaking to officials, the Collector emphasized that no application should be unnecessarily delayed. He stressed the importance of immediate action on received complaints to provide relief to citizens.

Variety of Issues Addressed

During the public hearing, citizens presented a total of 247 applications related to land disputes, pension issues, revenue matters, and various other administrative concerns. Each application was heard carefully and directed to the relevant departments for further action based on its veracity and seriousness.

Additional Services Provided to Citizens

Alongside the public hearing camp, other services were made available for the convenience of citizens. During this event, 20 Aadhaar updations were successfully completed. Additionally, 165 individuals underwent health check-ups, receiving health-related consultations and necessary information.

Several collective applications were also presented, reflecting the common concerns of various communities. These applications were duly registered and forwarded to the respective departments for further action.

Officials Present and Future Course of Action

The public hearing was attended by officials from various departments, including Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Praveen Phulpagare, Additional Collector Rakesh Mohan Tripathi, Deputy Collector Brijesh Singh, Deputy Collector Rani Ahirwar, and Public Service Manager Chakresh Patel.

The administration has formally registered all received applications, and each has been forwarded to the relevant department according to its nature for further proceedings. This process aims to ensure that the public receives prompt and effective administrative assistance.
