Training Kicks Off for Census-2027 Field Trainers
In preparation for the second phase of the Census-2027, a special training program for field trainers has been launched at City Montessori School in Balrampur town. Field trainers from the Shivpura and Balrampur blocks participated in this crucial session.
The training aims to equip trainers with the essential knowledge of various census procedures and methodologies, ensuring the entire census operation is conducted in a systematic, accurate, transparent, and effective manner. Participants are receiving instructions to strictly adhere to the prescribed procedures, accurately collect data, and observe all necessary precautions during their work.
Importance of Data Accuracy for Development
During their addresses, Master Trainers underscored the significance of the census, highlighting how the collected data plays a vital role in formulating government schemes, ensuring equitable resource distribution, and determining development policies.
They emphasized that every official has the responsibility to discharge their duties with impartiality and complete accountability. This training will empower field trainers to provide accurate information and guidance to other census personnel, facilitating a seamless and smooth execution of the task at the grassroots level.
The training was conducted by Master Trainers Chandramani Mishra, Govind, Payal, Tanya, Jeevan Jyoti, Akhilesh Shukla, Mahmoodul, and Satya Prakash. These comprehensive preparations are crucial steps towards achieving the set objectives for Census-2027.
