Special Operation Yields Arrest

In a special campaign against crime and criminals in Mahoba district, the Ajner police have achieved a significant success. A special team, operating under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Shashank Singh, has arrested Vasudev Choubey, a resident of Khiriyakala village.

Arrest Executed on Court Warrant

The arrest was made in compliance with a warrant issued by the court. The accused, Vasudev Choubey (approximately 50 years old), was implicated in a case registered in 2010 under sections 406, 352, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Despite the case being old, the police remained committed to his pursuit.

Dedicated Team Ensures Warrant Execution

The team, tasked with executing the warrant, was led by Station House Officer Vinod Kumar and included Sub-Inspector Malti Sahu, Sub-Inspector Radha Mohan Trivedi, and other police personnel. This dedicated team successfully served the court's warrant and apprehended the accused from his residence, creating a stir among wanted criminals.

Legal Proceedings Underway

After completing the necessary legal formalities, the police team presented the accused, Vasudev Choubey, before the Judicial Magistrate II in Mahoba. The court has initiated further proceedings in the case. The police department continues to demonstrate active engagement in maintaining law and order in the region, with such arrests serving as a stern message to offenders.
