Grand Diya Lighting Ceremony for PM Modi's Well-being

A grand 'Deepotsav' was organized in Narmadapuram to pray for the long life and excellent health of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As part of the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' (Service Resolution Campaign), 1100 diyas were lit at the residence of Rajya Sabha Member Maya Narolia.

This event, held on September 18, 2026, celebrated the Prime Minister's birthday as a festival. During the ceremony, collective prayers were offered for his successful leadership and the nation's development. The occasion was marked by fireworks and a festive atmosphere, with enthusiastic participation from local citizens and public representatives.

Prominent Dignitaries Attend the Event

Several key public representatives graced the 'Deepdan' program, signifying their respect and commitment. Notable attendees included Lok Sabha MP Darshan Singh Chaudhary, local MLA Dr. Sitasharan Sharma, and Sohagpur MLA Thakur Vijaypal Singh.

Also present were BJP District President Preeti Shukla, State Working Committee Member Akhilesh Khandelwal, Municipal President Neetu Yadav, and District General Secretary Kunwar Singh Yadav. Many other BJP officials and workers, including senior leader Rajesh Tiwari, Mandal President Rupesh Rajput, Youth Wing District President Deepak Mahala, Zila Panchayat Member Umesh Yadav, and Councillor Naina Soni, expressed their devotion and reaffirmed the 'Seva Sankalp'.

Prayers for Holistic Development and Leadership

The program concluded with a collective prayer, seeking not only the Prime Minister's healthy and long life but also praying for the holistic development of the region and his continued successful leadership. Public representatives celebrated this 'Jannotsav' (people's festival) with immense enthusiasm alongside citizens, reflecting their dedication to the Prime Minister and their commitment to public welfare.
