Clearing the Air on Fitness Rumors

British actor Robert Pattinson has officially dismissed rumors that he neglected physical preparation for his iconic role as the Caped Crusader.

Speaking to GQ magazine, the 40-year-old star clarified that a joke from an older interview led to the false belief that he avoided gym work.

'I worked out every f***ing day,' Pattinson said. 'Even after that, I still look like I didn’t work out. I worked out twice a day at, like, three o’clock in the morning.'

To ensure he is ready for his return as Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeves' upcoming sequel, The Batman: Part II, the actor has installed a home gym at his Beverly Hills residence.

Preparing for Night Shoots and Sequel Production

Pattinson revealed that while production has recently commenced, he has not yet received his official shooting schedule.

Instead, he learned about the demanding timeline of the upcoming shoot directly from his stunt coordinator.

'I just heard from the stunt guy the other day. He said, 'Ooh, 11 weeks of nights.' I’m like, 'Excuse me? No one’s even sent me a schedule,'' he said.

A Star-Studded Cast and Busy Schedule

Director Matt Reeves has secured an impressive lineup of actors for the highly anticipated sequel.

The movie features a mix of fresh faces and returning stars, including:

  • Returning stars: Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell.
  • Expected return: Barry Keoghan is anticipated to reprise his role as the Joker, following his cameo in the first film.

Beyond his superhero duties, the actor has a highly packed slate of major cinematic projects.

Pattinson recently starred alongside Zendaya in The Drama, a romantic black comedy released in March.
