Young Sisters Tie Rakhi to Police Personnel, Assuring Them of Protection

Heartwarming Raksha Bandhan Gesture at Chanchowra Police Station

On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, a touching scene unfolded at the Chanchowra Police Station in the Guna district. Little girls tied rakhis filled with affection and respect on the wrists of police personnel who were away from their homes due to their duties in maintaining law and order.

This emotional moment was witnessed in the Chanchowra-Binaganj area during the Raksha Bandhan festival. Students from the pre-primary section of Shri Swami Ramanand Bal Gokulam School, Binaganj, visited the Chanchowra Police Station. They tied threads of protection on the wrists of Station House Officer Dilip Rajoria and all the police personnel present at the station.

The young girls fed sweets to the police jawans and wished them a bright future and long life. They expressed their gratitude, acknowledging that police officers remain deployed day and night, away from their families, to ensure the safety of the public during all festivals. Tying rakhis on their 'police brothers' wrists on Raksha Bandhan was a moment of immense pride and joy for them.

The initiative aimed to strengthen the bond of trust and kinship between children and the police. During the event, Station House Officer Dilip Rajoria and other police personnel encouraged the girls' effort and assured them of their protection.
