The Bhopal divisional conference and talent felicitation ceremony of the Madhya Pradesh Vaishya Mahasammelan concluded grandly on Sunday at Hotel Manratan Resort, located on National Highway-46 in Narsinghgarh. A large number of community officials and members participated in the event.

Discussions centered on strengthening the organization, enhancing mutual coordination, and connecting the new generation with the community. During the occasion, meritorious talents from the community were honored and encouraged. The event was organized by the Rajgarh district unit, with extensive preparations underway for several days.

Warm Welcome for Dignitaries

At the venue, the state president Sudhir Agarwal and other distinguished guests were accorded a grand welcome and felicitation by the local Vaishya community with bouquets, shawls, coconuts, and mementos. The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the chief guest and other dignitaries.

Following this, the Vaishya Mahasammelan flag was hoisted, and devotional Vaishya songs were presented by the women. The Scout Guide troop from Hotel Manratan Resort respectfully escorted the chief guest and other dignitaries to the flag hoisting site.

Speakers Emphasize Organizational Strength and Societal Upliftment

During the conference, state president Sudhir Agarwal highlighted the importance of joining the organization with a spirit of affection and cooperation. He inspired the community to move forward with the spirit of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' (Together with all, Development for all), advocating the slogan 'Kam Ho, Lekin Dam Ho' (Fewer, but powerful).

Agarwal stated that a key responsibility of the organization is to awaken the self-respect of Vaishya community members residing in villages and to empower the weak. State General Secretary B.K. Gupta stressed the necessity of giving equal importance to both the community and the organization in the present times. He noted that the Vaishya Mahasammelan has now evolved into a large organization by integrating several components.

Gupta urged community members to further strengthen the organization, stating its primary objective is to protect the interests of the Vaishya community and foster a sense of security within society. He also remarked that the measure of a life's value should not be solely the accumulation of wealth, but rather the sacrifices and service rendered for public welfare.

State General Secretary and Narmadapuram Division In-charge Rajiv Khandelwal elaborated on the organization's origin, objectives, needs, and operational methods. Meanwhile, Youth State President Vikas Daga asserted that any organization is strengthened not just by a group of individuals, but by dedicated workers connected through purpose and ideology. He identified a strong executive committee and dedicated workers as essential for the progress of any organization.

Focus on Engaging the New Generation and Vaishya Community Unity

At the event, Kedar Kaka urged all Vaishya community members to remain organized with mutual coordination and harmony, stating that social service ultimately transforms into national service. Kaka also emphasized the prompt realization of the divisional conference's meaningful outcomes.

Presiding over the program, former MLA and patron Girish Bhandari, in his address, underscored the importance of organizational strength and the vital necessity of mutual relations, unity, and coordination among all sections of the Vaishya society. He particularly emphasized the need to connect the new generation with the organization to ensure its continuity in the future.

The welcome address was delivered by Divisional President Dr. P.K. Jain. During the conference, meritorious talents who excelled in various fields were honored to boost their morale.
