Balrampur, September 26, 2026 – At the Samadhan Diwas held at the Tulsipur police station in Balrampur district, District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain and Superintendent of Police Martand Prakash Singh directed officials to ensure prompt and quality resolution of public complaints. During the event, both officers listened attentively to the petitioners' concerns and assured them of swift solutions.

Citizen Grievances Declared Top Administrative Priority

Presiding over the meeting, District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain stated that resolving the problems of ordinary citizens is the administration's highest priority. He instructed all officials to take every complaint received at the police station's Samadhan Diwas seriously, preventing petitioners from repeatedly visiting government offices.

Joint Team Formed for Swift Resolution of Land Disputes

The District Magistrate specifically emphasized land dispute cases, ordering the formation of a joint team comprising the Police and Revenue departments. This team will conduct site visits, perform on-site investigations, and ensure impartial action is taken according to rules. He also stressed the importance of better coordination between the two departments for effective dispute resolution.

Instruction for Prompt Action on Complaints

Superintendent of Police Martand Prakash Singh directed the concerned police officers to take immediate and effective action on complaints received at the Samadhan Diwas. He also highlighted the need to coordinate with Revenue department officials to resolve these matters. The SP warned that any delay or negligence in resolving complaints would not be tolerated, ensuring that resolutions are genuine solutions, not mere formalities.
