Seminar Commemorates Dr. Kalam's Birth Anniversary in Balrampur
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of India's former President and Missile Man, Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, a special seminar was organized in the auditorium of Al-Rahman Hospital in Balrampur. The event was conducted by the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Dream Foundation.
Remembering Dr. Kalam's Legacy
During the event, Dr. Kalam's personality, achievements, and his invaluable contributions to nation-building were remembered. The ceremony commenced with garlanding the portrait of the great personality and the lighting of a lamp. D.P. Singh Bais, representative of the Chairman of the Municipal Council, attended as the chief guest.
He urged the assembled youth to draw inspiration from Dr. Kalam's life and his ideals, and to follow the path he illuminated. Senior ENT Surgeon Dr. Abdul Qayyum, Principal of City Montessori Inter College Kashi Prasad Yadav, and Dr. Zuber Ahmed were among the distinguished guests who reflected on Dr. Kalam's life and contributions.
Foundation Highlights Dr. Kalam's Role as a Youth Inspiration
The foundation's secretary, Sameer Ahmed Siddiqui, shed light on Dr. Kalam's biography and his work. He stated that Dr. Kalam has always been a source of inspiration for the youth, who enhanced the nation's prestige through their actions. The institution's administrator, Mehtab Jamal, recalling the former President's unparalleled contribution to the country's development, said that his tenure propelled India towards scientific and technological progress.
He consistently encouraged the country's youth power. The foundation's advisor, Mohammad Salman, shared that the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Dream Foundation has been actively working in the fields of education, health, and youth awareness across Uttar Pradesh since 2018.
Nationwide Initiatives and Youth Commitment
On the occasion of Dr. Kalam's birth anniversary, the foundation also organized various programs in several other districts of the state, including Raebareli and Unnao. The objective of these events is to inspire youth to participate in nation-building. At the conclusion of the program, all participants, dignitaries, doctors, and teachers took a pledge to follow the path of education, honesty, and nation service.
All emphasized the importance of internalizing Dr. Kalam's ideals in their lives. A large number of youth participated in this event, indicating their active role in nation service in the future.
