Surprise Inspection and Directives Issued

Administrative officials conducted a surprise inspection at Guna District Hospital this morning, reviewing various arrangements. Following instructions from Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal, a team led by Deputy Collector Devanshu Shivhare, Tehsildar Mayank Tiwari, and Naib Tehsildar Aarti Gautam arrived at the hospital. They checked the attendance of all staff and provided guidelines for better patient facilities.

Parking Arrangement Under Scrutiny

During the inspection, the hospital premises' parking arrangement became a focal point. Officials issued clear directives for organizing the parking area to accommodate a maximum number of vehicles. It was stated that strict action would be taken against employees who fail to park their private vehicles in designated spots.

The hospital management was also instructed to identify another suitable location within the premises if the current parking facility proves insufficient. This directive aims to optimize space and ensure efficient vehicle management.

Hygiene Concerns and Action Taken

Officials also expressed concern over the hygiene status of the hospital premises. Significant dirt was found in the accessible toilet complex, prompting immediate instructions to the responsible manager to ensure thorough cleaning. It was also ordered that regular cleaning be maintained in the future to keep the premises clean.

Further, benches within the toilet complex were directed to be organized to minimize the spread of dirt. To curb the issue of littering by patients and the general public, an order was issued to install a larger number of dustbins throughout the premises.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

The administrative team has mandated the hospital management to continuously improve the facilities and strictly adhere to these instructions. The primary objective of this inspection was to ensure a clean and well-organized environment for patients and visitors.
