Directed by Vivek Chauhan, Baap started filming in June 2022 and completed its principal talkie portions in April 2025. The production recently wrapped two key songs: a peppy number featuring all four actors and a brotherhood track celebrating their camaraderie.

The brotherhood sequence was shot in the jungles of Mizoram and a custom-built set in Film City, designed to echo iconic moments from 1990s cinema, reminiscent of films like Maachis (1996). Choreographed by Ahmed Khan, the musical sequences are expected to enhance the film’s high-energy narrative.

Baap is described as a VFX-heavy spectacle, featuring helicopter chases, explosive action sequences, and intricately choreographed hand-to-hand combat by action directors Parvez Shaikh and Ravi Varma.
