Siddharth Arya Foundation Acts as Guardian Angel for Injured Cow, Ensures Prompt Treatment
The Siddharth Arya Welfare Foundation intervened swiftly to provide emergency medical care to a severely injured cow in Itarsi.

Swift Response to Animal Cruelty
Itarsi | August 18, 2026 - A cow was found in a critical condition in the poverty-stricken area of Itarsi today. The animal had sustained a deep, severe wound to its neck, inflicted by an unknown assailant. Upon receiving information, the Siddharth Arya Welfare Foundation team immediately rushed to the scene.
Emergency Veterinary Care Provided
The foundation called for a veterinarian, who provided immediate on-site treatment for the injured cow. The veterinarian skillfully administered the necessary stitches to the cow's neck. Foundation members Pradeep Hart, Golu Raikwar, and Amit Chaure provided crucial support throughout the entire treatment process. Additionally, RR Pet Shop generously covered the expenses for the medicines and the veterinarian's fees.
Advocacy Against Animal Cruelty
The foundation expressed its gratitude to RR Pet Shop for their timely assistance. Speaking on the occasion, Siddharth Arya voiced deep concern over the incident, stating, "The level of cruelty and indifference shown towards cows, whom we revere as mothers, is profoundly saddening." He emphasized that harming any voiceless animal in such a manner is unacceptable and called for stringent measures to prevent such acts of cruelty.
Call for Animal Ambulance and Helpline
Siddharth Arya made a fervent appeal to the government, administration, and local representatives to establish a dedicated animal ambulance service and a helpline number for injured animals. He explained that such a system would enable prompt transportation of injured animals to government veterinary hospitals or treatment centers, thereby saving their lives. Sharing his personal experience, he highlighted the difficulty in arranging immediate medical assistance for the injured cow in this case. He believes that the availability of a designated helpline and an animal ambulance would not only aid the public but also ensure that injured animals receive timely and appropriate treatment, alleviating their suffering.
