Farrukhabad, September 6, 2026 – Difficulties are escalating in the flood-affected rural areas of Farrukhabad district, causing widespread disruption to daily life. Amidst these challenging circumstances, while the government and administration are engaged in relief efforts, social organizations are also stepping up. In a humanitarian endeavor, the Shri Chintamani Sundarkand Path Samiti visited the worst-hit village of Ratanpur and distributed essential relief supplies to needy families.

Floodwaters have inundated homes in several villages, forcing residents to flee and creating severe hardship in meeting basic daily needs. At this critical juncture, the Shri Chintamani Sundarkand Path Samiti has taken the initiative to fulfill its responsibilities.

The Samiti's president, Brij Kishore Singh, stated that observing the dire situation of the villagers bearing the brunt of the devastating floods, the committee's officials and members swiftly united to gather relief materials. These supplies are expected to address their immediate needs effectively.

The relief kits distributed by the Samiti were meticulously prepared, containing the most essential items for flood-affected families. These included staple food items such as rice, arhar dal, sattu, salt, and mustard oil. Additionally, bathing soap and washing soap were provided to maintain personal hygiene.
