District Collector Conducts Surprise Inspection in Shahpura

Following a public welfare camp held in Ward-51 of Shahpura under the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, District Collector Priyanka Mishra conducted a surprise inspection of various government institutions in the area. The inspection revealed serious deficiencies and mismanagement at the Ekta Mahila Primary Cooperative Consumer Store, drawing strong dissatisfaction from the Collector.

Inspection Covers Multiple Government Facilities

The inspection team reviewed several key institutions, including an Anganwadi center, the Nagar Nigam transfer station in Baba Nagar, the Government Primary School Chhavni Shahpura, a Chief Minister Sanjeevani Clinic, and the aforementioned consumer store. Collector Mishra obtained detailed information from the concerned officials regarding the operational procedures and services being provided to citizens.

Action Taken at Consumer Store

Upon uncovering the systemic flaws and irregularities at the Ekta Mahila Primary Cooperative Consumer Store, Collector Priyanka Mishra immediately ordered action. She directed that show-cause notices be issued to Assistant Supply Officer Vasundhara Pendo and Senior Cooperation Inspector Sapna Guha. This move is seen as a significant step towards establishing accountability within government institutions and ensuring service quality.

Focus on Transparency and Improved Public Services

The Collector instructed the relevant officials to rectify the arrangements in all government institutions promptly and ensure better and more transparent services for the general public.
