Shah Rukh Khan Becomes Billionaire, Tops Hurun India Rich List 2025 with Rs 12,490 Crore

2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Shah Rukh Khan. Following his long-awaited National Award earlier this year, the Bollywood superstar has officially entered the billionaire club, topping the M3M Hurun India Rich List for Bollywood stars with a staggering wealth of Rs 12,490 crore. This marks the first time SRK has been recognized as a billionaire by Hurun, solidifying his status as both the Badshah of Bollywood and a powerhouse entrepreneur.

The primary contributor to Khan’s fortune is Red Chillies Entertainment, his production house founded in 2002. Over two decades, Red Chillies has produced numerous hit films and invested heavily in VFX and digital ventures. Today, the company employs over 500 people and stands as one of the most profitable enterprises in Indian cinema.

Following Shah Rukh Khan on the list is Juhi Chawla & family, securing second place with Rs 7,790 crore, largely due to their stake in Knight Riders Sports. Hrithik Roshan ranks third with Rs 2,160 crore, driven by his fitness and lifestyle brand HRX. Karan Johar occupies fourth place at Rs 1,880 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan & family round out the top five with Rs 1,630 crore, demonstrating the enduring financial clout of Bollywood’s biggest stars.
