District Magistrate's Court Expels Seven Gangsters, Imposes Reporting Conditions on Three

In a significant move to curb anti-social elements, the District Magistrate's Court in Farrukhabad has disposed of ten pending cases under the Goonda Control Act. As part of this action, seven accused individuals have been ordered to be expelled from the district for six months, while three others have been granted leniency with the condition of regularly reporting to the police station.

Expulsion Orders Issued Against Seven Individuals

This decision follows the hearing of cases registered during May and June 2026, which had been pending for a considerable time. The accused ordered to be expelled from the district by the District Magistrate's Court include names such as Jaideep, Kuldeep, Naseem alias Wasim, Rajan, Amit Yadav alias Ansh Kumar, and Amit. All of them have been strictly instructed not to enter the boundaries of Farrukhabad for the next six months.

Three Accused Placed Under Periodic Police Reporting

In addition to district expulsion, three other accused – Lalaram, Gaurav alias Panda, and Kamarul Khan – have been ordered to report to their respective police stations every Saturday for a period of two to six months to mark their attendance. This surveillance aims to closely monitor their activities and prevent any potential criminal involvement.

Criminal Assets Worth ₹59.8 Crore Transferred to Gangster Act Court

Furthermore, proceedings have also been initiated in five criminal cases registered under the Gangster Act. Cases related to alleged criminal assets worth approximately ₹59.8 crore, associated with Anupam Dubey, Rambabu alias Bade Lalla, and Sandeep Pal, have been transferred to the special judge's court for the Gangster Act in Farrukhabad. This step is considered a major move towards tightening the noose on properties acquired through criminal income.

District Administration Vows Continued Action Against Criminal Elements

The district administration has clarified that this campaign to maintain law and order and curb criminals will continue unabated. Strict action will be taken against elements who attempt to disrupt the peace of the district in the future as well.
