'Seva Setu' Campaign Launched in Jabera

The 'Seva Setu - Government at Your Doorstep' campaign was organized at the Janpad Auditorium in Jabera, Damoh district, Madhya Pradesh. The event saw the presence of the Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge), Dharmendra Singh Lodhi, as the chief guest.

The primary objective of this initiative was to disseminate information about various public welfare schemes of the government to ordinary citizens and to directly benefit eligible beneficiaries. During the program, the State Minister distributed acceptance letters to selected eligible beneficiaries under different government schemes, enabling them to directly receive the benefits.

Campaign Part of Larger National Endeavor

Officials and public representatives present clarified that this 'Seva Setu' campaign is a component of the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', running from September 17 to October 17, 2026, in commemoration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday. This broader campaign prioritizes public welfare activities, aiming to realize the Prime Minister's vision of a developed India by 2047 by ensuring development reaches the last person.

Focus on Swift Resolution of Government Schemes

Special stalls were set up by various government departments at the Janpad Auditorium. Through these stalls, citizens received detailed information about eligibility for government schemes. Furthermore, citizens' issues were heard on the spot, and swift resolution of their applications was ensured. This initiative simplified the process for citizens to access government benefits, providing them with assistance close to their homes.

Present at the occasion were several departmental officials and employees, including Janpad CEO Rameshwar Patel, Tehsildar Ashutosh Tiwari, Nayab Tehsildar Atal Verma, Project Officer Rinkle Ghanghoria, BMO Dr. Rahul Jain, Rupesh Sen, Ajay Shukla, Narendra Singh, and Vinod Bajpai. The program played a significant role in strengthening the reach of governance and administration at the local level, enhancing transparency and efficiency in the implementation of government schemes.
