'Seva Setu' Camp Benefits Over 225 Citizens in Ratangarh

Ratangarh | October 5, 2026 | In Ratangarh, Neemuch district, Madhya Pradesh, a large-scale camp organized under the 'Seva Setu, Government at Your Doorstep' campaign successfully provided benefits of various public welfare schemes to over 225 citizens. The camp was held on October 4, 2026, at the newly constructed Shri Virendra Kumar Sachdeva Community Hall in Nagar Parishad Ratangarh.

The primary objective of the camp was to deliver the benefits of government schemes directly to the common populace and to resolve their problems promptly. A significant number of citizens from local rural and urban areas participated in this event to find solutions for their administrative issues and other needs. The administrative machinery was fully alert and active throughout the camp.

Key officials present included Naib Tehsildar Rupsingh Rajput, Chief Municipal Officer Omprakash Sharma, Divisional Forest Officer, Assistant Engineer of MP.E.B. Distribution Company, Cluster Principal, Medical Officers from the Primary Health Center and Veterinary Hospital, Branch Managers from Central Bank of India, District Cooperative Central Limited Bank, and MP Rural Bank, Manager of the Primary Credit Cooperative Service Cooperative Society, and the Project Officer of the Integrated Women and Child Development Project, along with all Anganwadi workers.

Officials inspected the stalls set up by various departments and instructed employees to work with sensitivity towards the common citizens. The camp ensured that multiple services related to various government departments were available under one roof, including those from Revenue, Health, Electricity, and Urban Local Bodies. Quick action was ensured under the direct supervision of officers at these counters.

Benefits Delivered Under One Roof

Through this camp, a total of 172 beneficiaries received immediate benefits, while another 225 citizens received various forms of assistance. The camp facilitated the swift resolution of revenue services, including Khasra copies, land division, and mutation cases, directly benefiting farmers and landowners by saving their valuable time and eliminating the need to visit government offices.

The Health Department conducted free health check-ups for citizens and distributed essential medicines. Furthermore, the process of creating Ayushman Cards for eligible families was simplified, enabling them to access government health insurance schemes. Applications for the Prime Minister Svanidhi Yojana were approved for street vendors, and assistance was provided to farmers for Kisan Credit Card (KCC) approvals and related procedures, crucial for their financial stability.

Information on solar energy schemes was disseminated to promote energy conservation, and applications were accepted from interested citizens. Additionally, pending grievances registered on the CM Helpline were satisfactorily resolved on-site by officials, providing much-needed relief to citizens.

Simplifying Administrative Processes

Naib Tehsildar Rupsingh Rajput highlighted the core objective of the 'Seva Setu, Government at Your Doorstep' campaign, stating, "The main goal is to simplify administrative processes further and deliver government assistance directly to the homes of the people. The aim is to ensure that citizens do not have to visit government offices for minor tasks."

Chief Municipal Officer Omprakash Sharma assured that other applications received at the camp would also be processed within the stipulated time frame, and necessary relief would be provided to the citizens. Local citizens expressed their gratitude to the state government and the district administration for this successful event.

The closing ceremony of the camp was attended by Jaswant Banjara (BJP Mandal President Ratangarh/Diken), Kacharoolal Gurjar (President Representative), Kiran-Shivanandan Chhipa (Vice President), Gopal Rathore (Chairman Representative), Shyam pushp Parashar, councilors Hasmukh Soni, Manoharlal Soni, Alderman Satyanarayan Nagda, Ashish Chhipa, along with senior citizens of the town and a large number of beneficiaries.
