The festival of Krishna Janmashtami, celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna, was observed with immense devotion, joy, and enthusiasm by Sanskar Bharti in Narmadapuram. Students adorned in captivating Radha-Krishna costumes delivered a variety of cultural performances, filling the entire atmosphere with divine fervor.

Cultural Showcase and Spiritual Observance

The event commenced with traditional worship and 'aarti' of Lord Krishna, followed by devotional singing and cultural programs. Students presented enchanting performances depicting Lord Krishna's childhood, his divine plays (Bal Leelas), and significant episodes from his life, captivating the assembled audience.

Promoting Culture and Values

Addressing the gathering, Harsh Tiwari, the District President of Sanskar Bharti, emphasized that the primary objective of such events is to connect students with Indian culture, traditions, and values. He highlighted the importance of drawing inspiration from Lord Krishna's life philosophy to cultivate moral values within them.

"It is essential for today's young generation to stay connected with their roots and rich heritage, and festivals like Janmashtami play a crucial role in this," stated Harsh Tiwari.
