Samsung Unveils World’s First 4nm PC Chipset Aimed at AI Laptops

Samsung has announced a breakthrough in AI computing with its 4nm PC-grade chipset, the smallest architecture yet for consumer laptops. The chip integrates an AI-accelerated NPU capable of 60 TOPS, putting it in direct competition with Apple’s M-series and Intel’s Core Ultra processors.

Tech analysts believe Samsung’s entry could reshape the AI laptop market, which is currently dominated by Apple and Qualcomm. Devices powered by the new chip are expected by early 2027.
