Child Safely Recovered in Swift Operation

Madhya Pradesh Police have successfully rescued a 2.5-year-old girl who was kidnapped in Reva, bringing her back safely from Sidhi district within just 6 hours. In a swift and decisive action, the police also arrested four individuals involved in the kidnapping and conspiracy.

The child was handed over to her relieved family after an intensive search operation that lasted through the night. The incident came to light on the night of September 23rd, around 8:30 PM, when the girl's family filed a missing person report at the Saman police station in Reva.

Investigation and Leads

Distressed by the sudden disappearance of the 2.5-year-old from their home, the family searched extensively before contacting the police. Recognizing the sensitivity of the case, the police immediately registered a crime and commenced an investigation.

Upon receiving information, the police machinery sprang into action, activating their informer network and meticulously analyzing CCTV footage from the area. Based on the clues gathered through technical and ground-level efforts, the police identified the suspects.

Kidnapping Details and Recovery

Initial interrogation revealed that the child was allegedly placed in a sack and taken away on a two-wheeler towards Sidhi district, apparently from an Anganwadi center. Understanding the gravity of the situation, a police team from Saman police station, under the directives of senior officials, initiated immediate action.

An extensive search and cordon operation was launched in a remote rural area beyond Shikar Ganj in Sidhi district, approximately 100 kilometers from Reva. Through this intensive operation, which continued through the night, the police successfully located and rescued the child unharmed.

Arrests and Conclusion

The child was safely brought back to Reva and reunited with her family. Furthermore, the police have arrested four accused involved in this kidnapping incident, who are currently undergoing intensive interrogation regarding the crime.
