Rajendra Pal Gautam, Chairman of the All India Congress Committee's SC Department, Congress State In-charge, and former Delhi Minister, is scheduled to attend the 'Lok Hunkar Jan Samvad' program in Lucknow on September 1st. He is expected to arrive at Lucknow Airport by air from Delhi at 11 AM.
