(Raju Bhai)—a staunch proponent of Gandhian ideology, the convener of 'Jai Jagat International', and President of the Mahatma Gandhi Seva Ashram—will arrive in Morena this Sunday evening aboard the Taj Express. There is immense enthusiasm among social workers, Gandhians, and local citizens regarding the arrival of Raju Bhai, who works globally for peace, non-violence, and social justice. Elaborate arrangements have been made to welcome him, stretching from the railway station to the Mahatma Gandhi Khadi Gramodyog Bhandar.

 

A Global Campaign for the Rights of the Poor and Marginalized

 

Rajagopal P.V. has long championed the rights of the poor, marginalized, and disenfranchised through non-violent means. The resonance of his 'Jai Jagat' message extends well beyond India's borders. Centering his efforts on social justice, peace, and non-violence, he has generated widespread public consciousness through foot marches (padayatras) and public dialogues across the nation and the world. Numerous social activists associated with him actively participate in various social campaigns as peace volunteers of the Shanti Sena.

 

A Historic Precedent of Non-Violence from the Ravines

 

Raju Bhai shares a decades-long bond with the Chambal region. In the very ravines once dominated by armed rebels, he undertook significant personal risks to establish direct communication with over 600 outlaws. Through dialogue, trust, and non-violence, efforts were made to transform their hearts, ultimately paving the way for historic, peaceful surrenders. Drawing on this experience, his mission now is to shift Chambal’s identity away from its past legacy of violence and ravines, establishing it instead as a focal point for peace, non-violence, and constructive social action.

 

Raju Bhai envisions positioning the Chambal Valley on the world stage as a 'World Non-Violence Center'. He believes that a region that once endured an era of violence can become the epicenter for delivering a global message of peace and non-violence.

 

Chief Guest at the Inauguration of Bal Mandir

 

On Monday, September 7, Raju Bhai will attend the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed 'Bhai Ji Bal Mandir English Medium School' at Gandhi Seva Ashram as the Chief Guest. The event will be presided over by Municipal Council President Akhil Maheshwari. Former MLA Mahesh Dutt Mishra and National Youth Project Secretary Sukumaran Bhai will grace the occasion as special guests.

 

Young students of the school will stage colorful cultural performances during the inaugural event. The initiative aims to instill values, social responsibility, peace, and human ethics alongside formal education.

 

Deliberations on Nation-Building and Social Projects

 

Accompanying Raju Bhai are National Youth Project Secretary Sukumaran Bhai, Sitaram Sonwani, Hitesh Bhai, and several other social workers from across the country. During the visit, Raju Bhai will participate in various meetings at the Gandhi Seva Ashram to review ongoing projects and initiatives dedicated to nation-building. Discussions will focus on social transformation, the role of youth, non-violence, and advancing constructive development work.

 

Grand Reception at the Railway Station

 

A grand welcome will be accorded at the railway station under the leadership of Gandhi Seva Ashram Secretary Dilip Jain and Joint Secretary Prafull Shrivastava. Ashram Treasurer Renu Kamal Agrawal, alongside senior activists Udaybhan Singh Parihar, Ramdutt Singh Tomar, Advocate Dinesh Singh Sikarwar, Jimmy George, Kamal Agrawal (Khadi Bhandar), Jagdish Siradhana, Ramkumar Bainsla, and a large contingent of volunteers will be present.
