Rainbow Six Mobile Goes Global

Ubisoft has officially released Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Mobile worldwide. This free-to-play tactical shooter is available on both Android and iOS devices.

It brings the core 5v5 Attack vs. Defense gameplay of Rainbow Six Siege to mobile platforms.

Mobile-First Design

Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Rainbow Six Mobile is not just a port.

It was built from the ground up with touch-optimised controls and a redesigned interface, while retaining the strategic gameplay of Siege.

The game features destructible environments, observation drones, barricades, and spy cameras.

Operators, Maps and Modes

Players have access to over 20 Operators at launch, including Ash, Mute, and Dokkaebi.

The game includes five maps from Siege: Bank, Border, Clubhouse, Oregon, and Villa, alongside two mobile-exclusive maps: Restaurant and Summit.

Game modes include Bomb, Bomb Rush, and Team Deathmatch, plus Ranked matches, Quick Play, and Private matches.

Operation Sand Wraith: First Season

The game's first season, Operation Sand Wraith, is already live, ahead of schedule.

The new season introduces Deimos, a new Operator with the DeathMARK Tracker ability. This ability locks onto a single enemy, forcing a one-on-one duel.

The season also brings a desert-themed visual refresh.

Franchise Growth

Rainbow Six Siege recently surpassed 80 million registered players.

Its 10th anniversary is marked by Siege X, a major update. Siege X introduced a permanent 6v6 mode called Dual Front and modernized maps and audio-visual upgrades.
