Preparations Underway for CM Yogi's Visit

Preparations have now gained momentum for the proposed program of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Dabri village, located in the Rajepur block of Farrukhabad. Local administration and Public Works Department officials are engaged in a war-footing to finalize the program venue, creating a stir across the entire region ahead of the Chief Minister's arrival.

Logistical Arrangements and Site Development

The preparations at the gathering site are proceeding under the guidance of Public Works Department Executive Engineer and Zonal Officer Murlidhar, along with Executive Engineer Ashok Kumar. The operation involves 10 tractors, four JCBs, a pressure roller, and over 50 laborers working with full alacrity. Leveling the ground is a top priority, with significant attention also being paid to the construction of the helipad.

Addressing Weather Concerns

To mitigate the risk of waterlogging, particularly in anticipation of upcoming rains, soil is being extensively added to the helipad site. This crucial measure aims to ensure that no water accumulation occurs, even if it rains, thereby guaranteeing a safe landing for the Chief Minister's helicopter amidst unpredictable weather conditions.

Ensuring Smooth Access and VVIP Management

Nodal Officer Murlidhar stated that a waterproof 'Kamal tent' has been arranged for the program venue, brought in from Basti. The main route will be utilized for the entry of VVIP guests, while the general public will access the assembly point via the Dabri link road. Efforts are underway to streamline entry and exit procedures to prevent any disorganization.

Parking Strategy Finalized

Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Amritpur, Shweta Sahu, has inspected several potential locations for vehicle parking. Approximately 40 bighas of farmer Shiv Kumar Singh's land have been identified as a parking site for vehicles arriving from the Rajepur side. Separate parking areas will be designated for vehicles coming from Hardoi, Shahjahanpur, and Farrukhabad to maintain traffic flow.

Final Preparations and Security Oversight

Administrative and police officials are continuously inspecting the program site to review the arrangements for the Chief Minister's visit. Work is rapidly progressing to finalize security, traffic, parking, and other essential arrangements to ensure the program's successful completion on September 3.
