Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026: PM Modi to interact with students in first week of February

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold the annual Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2026 in the first week of February, where he will interact with students across India to discuss exam preparedness, stress management, and positive study habits.

The Ministry of Education is expected to release the final date and venue shortly.

🔹 Massive response this year

Pariksha Pe Charcha has set new records in participation for 2026:

4.5 crore+ students have registered so far

28 lakh+ teachers have also signed up

Participation numbers are significantly higher than last year

Officials say the rising interest reflects students’ enthusiasm for guidance from the Prime Minister ahead of board and competitive exams.

🔹 Multiple locations, hybrid format

For the first time, PPC 2026 will be held in an expanded hybrid format, connecting students from:

Select schools across different states

Major educational hubs

Online platforms and interactive sessions

The event aims to reach students in both metros and rural regions.

PM Modi is expected to interact with:

Board exam candidates

JEE/NEET aspirants

Parents

Teachers

His focus will remain on reducing exam fear, improving concentration, and encouraging time management and self-confidence.

🔹 What’s expected this year?

Based on previous editions, PM Modi may discuss:

Handling pressure during board exams

Importance of sleep and balanced study schedules

Avoiding comparison with peers

Staying motivated during revision

The role of parents in creating a stress-free environment

He often shares stories from his own student life and answers direct questions from children.

🔹 Competition winners to attend live

Students selected from national-level competitions like:

Creative writing

Poetry

Art & poster-making

Essay challenges

…will get a chance to attend the event in person and receive special PPC kits.

Why PPC matters

Pariksha Pe Charcha, launched in 2018, is now one of India’s most-followed student engagement programmes.

It aims to transform exam season into a festival of positivity, rather than stress.

With record-breaking registrations this year, PPC 2026 is expected to be one of the largest student-teacher interactions hosted by the government.
