Symbolic Protest in Parliament

Independent Member of Parliament from Purnea, Pappu Yadav, once again captured attention during the parliamentary session with his unique symbolic protest. He arrived at the Parliament premises wearing a medical bandage on his head inscribed with 'JUSTICE', carrying a stick, and dressed as an injured protester.

Through this attire, he expressed his solidarity with protesters allegedly injured in a lathi-charge and demanded accountability from the government on various public interest issues. Security personnel briefly stopped him at the Makar Dwar upon his entry into the Parliament complex.

During this encounter, MP Yadav targeted the central government, stating that the government should be held accountable on critical issues concerning students, youth, and protesters. MP Pappu Yadav also indicated through this protest that exam scams and paper leak incidents have plunged the future of millions of students into uncertainty. He demanded a fair investigation into the matter and strict action against those responsible.
