Until metro and direct bus services are available, passengers will primarily rely on cabs, bike taxis, and private vehicles for last-mile transportation. The airport has partnered with Mahindra Logistics Mobility and Rapido to provide electric taxis and bike taxis.

The health department has implemented an extensive emergency medical response plan, deploying over 60 ambulances and alerting multiple hospitals to ensure swift medical assistance during the inauguration event. Each ambulance is staffed with a doctor and a medical team.
