Public Dialogue Camp Held in Hirapur

A significant public dialogue camp was organized in Gram Panchayat Hirapur, Narsinghpur district, Madhya Pradesh, under the Chief Minister's Jan Vishwas Abhiyan. The primary aim was to provide local villagers easy access to various government schemes and essential services near their homes.

District Collector Ms. Rajni Singh personally attended the camp, engaging in direct dialogue with villagers and patiently listening to their problems. Various government departments set up stalls at the camp.

Services Provided at the Camp

Through these stalls, villagers received important services related to Aadhaar cards, Samagra e-KYC, Farmer IDs, and the Swamitva Yojana. The Collector emphasized the initiative's importance, stating that such camps are intended to reduce the need for villagers to travel to tehsil and district offices.

Problems that could be resolved immediately were addressed on the spot. Other issues were cataloged for resolution within a stipulated timeframe.

Health Check-ups and Facilities

The Health Department played a particularly active role in the camp. A dedicated section was established for citizens' health examinations. During the camp, X-rays were conducted for a total of 117 villagers, who were provided with necessary medical advice and health facilities free of charge.

This initiative proved to be a significant step in caring for the villagers' health.

Presence of Public Representatives and Officials

Several distinguished individuals marked their presence at the public dialogue camp. Key attendees included Superintendent of Police Dr. Rishikesh Meena, CEO of District Panchayat Gajendra Singh Nagesh, District Panchayat members Devendra Gangolia, Mahish Modi, Ragvendra Singh, and Gram Sarpanch Kuldeep Dubey.

Additionally, other officials and public representatives were present, contributing to the resolution of villagers' problems. Organizers believe that such initiatives will save villagers' valuable time and money, making government schemes and services more accessible.

The process of registering eligible beneficiaries for various schemes and providing them immediate benefits was also completed at the camp, further enhancing the effective implementation of government schemes in rural areas.
