Narsinghgarh Electricity Department Grandly Honors Retiring Employees

A New Tradition of Honoring Retiring Employees

Narsinghgarh Electricity Department initiated a unique tradition on Monday by organizing a dignified ceremony to honor its retiring employees. Rajesh Saxena, who retired on August 31st upon completing 62 years of age in his role as a lineman, was particularly recognized.

Department officials and staff expressed their gratitude for his service and wished him a bright future. A significant aspect of this ceremony was that the department honored not only the currently retiring Rajesh Saxena but also seven other employees who had retired previously, all together.

All these retired employees were bid farewell with gifts of coconuts, garlands, and mementos. Following the honor ceremony, departmental staff also organized a communal feast (Malwa Bhoj), where everyone gathered to spend time together.

Saluting Retiring Personnel: A New Initiative

This initiative by the Electricity Department to honor retiring employees collectively is being considered the start of a new tradition. Department officials and attendees emphasized that honoring employees who have served the department for a long time is a matter of pride for everyone.

The main objective of this event was to ensure that retiring employees feel honored and valued at the end of their service period. Besides Rajesh Saxena, other retired employees honored included Amarksingh Lavvanshi, Raghuveer Bana, Ramshankar Mewade, Rajesh Rathore, Gajendra Bapu, Mohan Verma, and Jaswant Singh Lavvanshi. All were presented with garlands, coconuts, and other mementos by the department.

Presence of Officials and Staff

The ceremony was attended by Electricity Department's DG M. Rampal Sarathe, AE Brajesh Soni, along with many other officials and lineman staff. Assistant Linemen Banwari Lal, Ramsingh Lavvanshi, Rajkumar Malviya, Pirulal Mewade, Laxman Singh, Ramcharan Gujar, Shivanarayan Bairagi, Arun Vaishnav, Sunil Pancholi, Mohan Singh, Laxminarayan Verma, Rahul Sharma, Brijendra Singh Bana, Devendra Mewade, and all other linemen and departmental employees expressed warm greetings to their retiring colleagues.

The event was organized at the Narsinghgarh Electricity Department premises. Best wishes were extended for the healthy and prosperous future of all retiring colleagues. The commencement of this new tradition is expected to boost the morale of other departmental employees, fostering a sense of honor at the end of their service.
