150 Years of 'Vande Mataram' Celebrated in Narsinghgarh

Narsinghgarh celebrated the historic milestone of 150 years of 'Vande Mataram' amidst resounding patriotic fervor. Under the 'Bharat Ka Yojana' initiative by Vidya Bharti Madhya Bharat Province, a program titled 'Namami Bharatam, Vande Mataram' was organized at Saraswati Vidya Mandir.

Approximately 365 students and distinguished citizens gathered for a collective rendition of the national song, marking the glorious journey of 'Vande Mataram' from 1876 to 2026. The event was presided over by Advocate Dinesh Sharma, Chairman of Jeevan Jyoti Samiti.

The chief speaker, Ravindra Poddar, delivered an inspiring account of the historical struggles and significance associated with 'Vande Mataram', deeply resonating with the attendees and further strengthening their sense of patriotism. Key arrangements for the event's success were managed by Parvat Singh Lahri, Jaynarayan Shukla, Ravindra Yadav, and Shobha Ummath.

Principal B.D. Saxena was present as an observer. Committee members Pradeep Udawat, Mayank Pratap Rajawat, Bharat Jhanwar, Yashwant Ummath, Damodar Udawat, and Dr. Vandana Bharti also actively participated in the grand occasion.

Patriotic Anthems Echo in Other Educational Institutions

This special observance also unfolded with enthusiasm and joy in other educational institutions across Narsinghgarh. At Shri Ram Convent Higher Secondary School, Suraj Pol, a program was organized under the coordination of Principal Subhash Yadav.

On this occasion, chief speaker Bhagwat Singh Chandrawat motivated the students with his insightful words. Around 200 students, including Dr. Parik, participated, singing 'Vande Mataram' with profound patriotic spirit. A similar grand event was held at New Future Education Academy, Chhota Bairasiya.

The program, coordinated by alumnus Akhilesh Yadav, saw the participation of 300 students and 25 staff members. The primary aim of all these events was to commemorate the glorious 150-year history of 'Vande Mataram' and to awaken the spirit of patriotism in the new generation.

All events were successfully concluded with a sense of national pride, making this historic occasion memorable with the presence of school families and distinguished guests.
