Narmadapuram: New Agreements for Three Public Complexes Boost Sanitation Drive

Sanitation Complexes Reoperationalized

Three prominent public sanitation complexes in Narmadapuram city have recommenced their operations following the renewal of new agreements. This initiative is poised to significantly bolster the city's ongoing sanitation campaign by ensuring the availability of clean facilities for citizens.

The complexes located at the NSG Ground, in the Lendiya Bazaar area, and at Meenakshi Chowk are now functioning smoothly. The renovation and relaunch of these facilities are an integral part of the Municipal Council's (Napa) broader cleanliness efforts.

Campaign for Cleanliness Intensified

Anurag Tiwari, the nodal officer for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission), stated that under the guidance of Municipal President Neetu Mahendra Yadav and Chief Municipal Officer Vaibhav Deshmukh, a continuous sanitation drive is underway in the city. Consequently, new agreements have been finalized for the operation of these three public complexes, leading to their resumption of services.

“Efforts are continuously being made to improve the arrangements within these complexes. Alongside raising public awareness about sanitation, an awareness campaign is also ongoing against those who litter in public spaces,” stated Tiwari.

The overarching objective of this initiative is to maintain a clean and hygienic city, thereby improving the quality of life for its residents.
