Narmadapuram Municipality Holds Public Grievance Hearing: Immediate Resolution for Citizen Issues

Public Grievance Hearing Held at Narmadapuram Municipality

In a significant move towards swift resolution of citizens' issues, Narmadapuram Municipality is organizing a public grievance hearing every Thursday. This initiative allows common citizens to present their various concerns directly to the Municipal President, where they are assured of immediate and effective solutions.

Municipal President Neetu Mahendra Yadav personally attends the grievance hearings, attentively listening to the citizens' problems. She stated that a definite timeline is set for the resolution of each issue, and instructions are issued to the concerned departments to ensure compliance.

Mrs. Yadav pays special attention to ensuring citizens receive immediate relief and that their problems are resolved satisfactorily. She also engages in in-depth discussions with municipal officials during this process.

Discussion on Various Issues at Grievance Hearing

According to acting Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) and Office Superintendent Yogesh Soni, the public grievance hearing is being regularly organized under the direction of Municipal President Neetu Mahendra Yadav and CMO Vaibhav Deshmukh. Approximately eight to ten applicants attended the recent hearing.

Some of these applicants submitted written applications for the resolution of their problems, while others voiced their concerns verbally. The primary issues raised during the hearing included cleanliness, drainage, drain construction, matters related to the Samagra ID, and pension cases.

Acting CMO Yogesh Soni confirmed that all these issues have been resolved in accordance with regulations. He informed that along with Municipal President Mrs. Yadav, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Nodal Officer Anurag Tiwari, councilors Rekha Yadav and Vandana Chutle, and other relevant officials were present at the grievance hearing.
