Municipality Cracks Down on Encroachments

The Narmadapuram Municipality has intensified its campaign against encroachments, taking decisive action on Sunday. A revenue team targeted fruit and vegetable vendors at Satrasta for obstructing the roadway.

Fines and Relocation for Vendors

Vendors found operating illegally at Satrasta were slapped with a ₹900 fine. Following the penalty, they were directed to their designated selling spots and sternly warned against littering in the city.

Leadership Directs Enforcement

This stringent action is being carried out under the guidance of Municipality President Neetu Mahendra Yadav and Chief Municipal Officer Vaibhav Deshmukh. The revenue team acted after repeated warnings to vendors who continued to disregard regulations.
