Narmadapuram Municipal President Neetu Mahendra Yadav conducted a comprehensive inspection of various branches of the Municipal Office on Saturday. During the inspection, she issued strict directives to maintain cleanliness within the office premises and ensure all records are meticulously organized and maintained.
Mrs. Yadav stressed the importance of ensuring that citizens visiting the office face no inconvenience. Office Superintendent Yogesh Soni was present with Mrs. Yadav during the inspection. Superintendent Soni reported that the Municipal President instructed that cleanliness be maintained in all branches and materials be systematically arranged.
She also reviewed old, dilapidated materials and ordered them to be properly stored to maintain an organized appearance of the office and facilitate visitors. The inspection included a review of the Sanitation Branch, Water Supply Branch, Establishment Branch, and other crucial departments. She motivated employees to remain active and diligently perform their duties. This inspection is considered a significant step towards bringing transparency and efficiency to the municipality's operations.
Development Works Under Review
In a related development, Narmadapuram Municipal President Neetu Mahendra Yadav had also inspected under-construction drains on August 25, 2026. She directed the concerned officials to ensure the quality and timely completion of the work.
Prior to this, on the same date, August 25, 2026, she had inaugurated road construction work in Ward 27 under the Kayakalp Abhiyan, emphasizing quality and timely completion. Earlier, in March 2025, she had inspected a newly constructed road to assess the progress of development works.
