Nana Patekar Walks Out of ‘O Romeo’ Trailer Launch After Shahid–Trupti Arrive Late; Vishal Bhardwaj Reacts

The trailer launch of Shahid Kapoor and Trupti Dimri’s upcoming film O Romeo turned tense on Wednesday after senior actor Nana Patekar walked out of the event, reportedly upset over the lead actors arriving late.

Patekar, who plays a crucial role in the film, reached the venue on time for the scheduled launch. However, sources present at the event said that Shahid and Trupti were delayed, leading to a long wait for the senior actor.

Unable to continue waiting, Nana Patekar left the venue mid-event, visibly annoyed.

Director Vishal Bhardwaj Tries to Diffuse the Situation

Director Vishal Bhardwaj later addressed the media and attempted to lighten the mood, saying Shahid and Trupti were like “mischievous children” who didn’t realize how their delay would be perceived.

He added that the team respects Nana Patekar deeply and hopes the misunderstanding will be sorted quickly.
