In Chhindwara's Parasia, Saniya, 17, daughter of Satish, died by suicide after failing her Class 10 exams. She checked her results at her maternal grandparents' house in Mohan Nagar.
She failed in three subjects. After seeing her results, she went into the bathroom and hanged herself.
The family broke down the door after 30 minutes. Saniya was declared dead at the district hospital. Kotwali police are investigating and sent the body for post-mortem, citing result stress.

In Morena district, Hrithik Dandotiya, 20, son of an Ambah Education Department employee, died by suicide after failing his Class 12 exams.
He failed in all subjects. He rode his scooter to Kotwal Dam.
