Modi Vows To Serve India Till His Last Breath

The Cliff News | 30 October 2026

Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared on Friday, October 30, 2026, that he would dedicate his service to the people of India until his very last breath. This strong assertion follows recent remarks by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge.

The Prime Minister made these statements while addressing a gathering after inaugurating the Bharat Bovine Breeding and Research Centre (BBBRC) at Bhildi in Gujarat's Banaskantha district. During the event, he also launched and laid the foundation stone for various development projects valued at approximately ₹14,000 crore.

Commitment to Public Service

The Prime Minister articulated his unwavering dedication, stating, "Jeevan ke antim kshan tak janta ki seva main hi juta rahunga," which translates to "I will continue to serve the people until my last breath." This sentiment underscores his commitment to his role and the nation.

Mr. Modi also appeared to take a swipe at the Opposition, commenting on the existence of individuals who derive satisfaction from the country facing difficulties. He alluded to past instances where, he claimed, rumours were spread about fertilizer and LPG availability following an Iran war, with the alleged intent to defame him.

Farmer Welfare and Economic Support

Highlighting his government's focus, Mr. Modi emphasized that the welfare and empowerment of farmers have always been a priority. He pointed out that despite global uncertainties leading to significant jumps in fertilizer prices, his administration ensured that the burden did not fall on the farmers.

He further stated that the government has provided substantial financial assistance to small farmers through the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, disbursing a total of ₹4.5 lakh crore to date. This initiative aims to provide income support to landholding farmer families across the country.

Development Projects Launched

The inauguration of the Bharat Bovine Breeding and Research Centre marks a significant step in advancing research and development in the bovine sector. The development projects, collectively worth ₹14,000 crore, are expected to bolster economic growth and improve infrastructure in the region and across the nation.
