Land Dispute Resolution Through Mobile Court Initiative
In a significant initiative under the directives of Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal, a mobile court in Aron, Madhya Pradesh, has resolved land-related disputes through mutual agreement. This initiative saw swift action taken on an application presented in the public hearing by Prakash, son of Santu Ahirwar, a resident of Gram Muhansa, Tehsil Aron.
On-Site Inspection and Measurement of Disputed Land
Under the guidance of Sub-Divisional Officer Aron, Ms. Manjusha Khatri, the mobile court team inspected the disputed land in Gram Muhansa. The Revenue Department team, including Lekhpal Harish Rathore, Bhavna Chauhan, and Prabhat Chaurasia, reached the spot and conducted a thorough measurement of Survey Number 134/1/12, measuring 0.627 hectares.
Resolution Based on Mutual Consent
Following the measurement and demarcation of the land, the mobile court held detailed discussions with the respondents, including Chunnilal, son of Hanumant Singh Yadav, Nepal, Ramveer, and Ratibhan, at the disputed site. After the measurement, the boundaries of the land were duly marked. Subsequently, based on mutual consent, possession of the land was handed over to the applicant, Prakash, son of Santu Ahirwar.
Ensuring Security and Transparency in Proceedings
Throughout the entire process, Executive Magistrate Amit Jain and police personnel from Panwadi Hat police post were present for security arrangements. To maintain impartiality and transparency, a panchnama was prepared on the spot, bearing the signatures of the concerned parties and the villagers present. A large number of local farmers and villagers were present during this time and appreciated the administration's prompt action.

This swift and effective initiative by the administration has enabled the peaceful resolution of a land dispute pending for years in Gram Muhansa. Resolving such cases through mobile courts is making justice more accessible for local residents and reducing complexities related to revenue matters.
