In the Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh, a youth injured in a road accident near Hinouti-Putrighat in the Tejgarh police station area on Saturday was swiftly taken to the hospital by local MLA and Minister Dharmendra Singh Lodhi. He used a follow vehicle from his convoy to ensure prompt medical attention.

The incident occurred while Minister Lodhi was on a tour of his constituency when he noticed the injured youth lying on the road. The accident victim has been identified as Ujiyar, son of Jorawar, a resident of Suhela.

According to eyewitnesses, the youth was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by an unidentified speeding motorcyclist. The impact of the collision left the youth seriously injured and lying on the road. The unknown motorcyclist fled the scene immediately after the accident.

Minister's Swift Action and Assistance

Upon seeing the injured youth on the road, Minister Lodhi immediately halted his convoy. He personally went forward, helped the injured youth up, and assessed his condition. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, Minister Lodhi promptly stopped the follow vehicle of Tejgarh Station House Officer Arvind Singh Lodhi, which was trailing behind his convoy.

The injured youth was placed in this vehicle and dispatched to the Damoh District Hospital to ensure he received timely medical care.

The Tejgarh police have registered a case regarding this incident and have begun searching for the unidentified motorcyclist. The police are questioning local residents to determine the cause of the accident and plan to review CCTV footage to apprehend the accused.
