Minister Hears Grievances, Directs Prompt Redressal

Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection Govind Singh Rajput on Wednesday heard various issues, complaints, and public interest matters raised by party workers and the general public at the State BJP office in Bhopal. During the meeting, he directed concerned officials and departments to ensure swift and sensitive resolution of the received cases.

Minister Govind Singh Rajput stated that addressing the public's problems is among the government's top priorities. He expected officials to avoid causing unnecessary inconvenience to citizens seeking solutions to their problems, big or small, and to handle each complaint with sensitivity.

He emphasized that received complaints should not be treated as mere formalities but that each case must be thoroughly investigated, and a resolution ensured within the stipulated timeframe according to rules.

Public Interest Issues Raised by Workers

During the meeting, BJP workers also presented various public interest issues related to their respective areas to the Minister. These issues included local development projects, improvements in civic amenities, and pending matters at the departmental level.

Minister Shri Rajput listened attentively to the workers and issued necessary directives after consulting with officials from the relevant departments. The Minister highlighted that BJP workers continuously work among the public, playing a crucial role in conveying their issues to the government.

He stated that the government's primary objective is to ensure effective action on every matter of public interest and to provide eligible citizens with timely access to government schemes and facilities.

Emphasis on Swift Resolution for Good Governance

Shri Rajput clearly instructed officials that any negligence in resolving complaints would not be tolerated. He mentioned that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, is continuously striving for public welfare and good governance.

According to the Minister, the swift resolution of people's problems is the true hallmark of good governance. On this occasion, the present BJP workers and members of the public expressed their gratitude to Minister Shri Rajput for listening to their concerns and taking immediate steps towards their resolution.
