Resolution Day Held at Ajner Police Station
Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh - A significant Resolution Day was organized on Saturday at the Ajner Police Station premises in Mahoba district. The event was jointly presided over by Deputy Superintendent of Police Vandana Singh and the Additional District Magistrate, who heard public grievances related to revenue and police departments.
The primary objective of this program was to ensure the swift and effective resolution of pending cases. Officials took the complainants' problems very seriously and issued clear directives to the concerned staff for impartial investigation and quality disposal.
Land Dispute Takes Center Stage
A long-standing land dispute emerged as a key discussion point during this Resolution Day. Individuals named Om Prakash, Maniram, and Dwarka, who were reportedly occupying land belonging to Kailash Tiwari and Satish Tiwari, requested a re-identification and resurvey of their land.
Previously, the revenue department, under the orders of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kulpahad, had conducted a survey and handed over possession of the land to Kailash and Satish. However, in light of a new complaint from Om Prakash, officials have directed the revenue department to conduct a separate survey for Om Prakash and other related individuals' land, excluding the previously demarcated area.
Special Directives for Land Dispute Resolution
Officials emphasized that the entire resurvey process must be conducted based on official records and with utmost transparency to ensure fairness for all parties. This aims to prevent any individual from being deprived of their legitimate land ownership.
The relevant officials will be held accountable for ensuring adherence to this process. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Kulpahad, Ajner Station House Officer Vinod Kumar, revenue department Lekhpals, and all sub-inspectors of the police station were present at the event.
Officials stressed the importance of time-bound resolution of all complaints to maintain peace and a harmonious atmosphere in the region. This initiative is considered a crucial administrative effort towards addressing and resolving various disputes arising in the area at their root.
