Development Projects Inaugurated in Maharshi Constituency

Maharshi MLA Rajkumar Mev significantly boosted development in the Maharshi constituency on Thursday, performing the groundbreaking and inauguration of development projects valued at Rs 2 crore 14 lakh 50 thousand across various villages. These initiatives focus on critical areas such as education, health, roads, Anganwadi buildings, and community infrastructure, aiming to meet the needs of local residents.

Key Projects and Inaugurations

The program commenced at 11 AM in village Bahegaon, where the foundation stone was laid for a community hall in Rajput Mohalla, with an estimated cost of Rs 5 lakh. Following this, at 12:30 PM in village Kogawa, the construction of a secondary school, costing Rs 18.25 lakh, was initiated. At 2 PM in village Tajpura, the foundation was laid for a new Anganwadi building, a project valued at Rs 11.22 lakh.

Focus on Health and Road Infrastructure

Development continued in village Vani, where at 3:30 PM, the foundation was laid for a tin shed construction and other works near Hanuman Temple, costing Rs 5 lakh. A significant milestone was also achieved in Vani with the inauguration of a sub-health center building, constructed at a cost of Rs 65 lakh, intended to enhance local healthcare services. Later, at 4:30 PM in village Aakhupura, the foundation stone for the construction of a primary school was laid, a project amounting to Rs 10.61 lakh. The day concluded at 5:30 PM with the groundbreaking for a CC road construction project connected to ITI Karhi, with an estimated cost of Rs 99.40 lakh. The combined cost of all these projects totals Rs 2 crore 14 lakh 50 thousand.

Community Leaders Attend Inauguration Events

Present alongside MLA Rajkumar Mev at these groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies were various public representatives from the Bharatiya Janata Party, including District General Secretary Haresingh Chavda and Mandal President Karhi Jitendra Singh Gaud. Also in attendance were Janpad President Ashok Dawar, Mandal General Secretaries Sushil Verma and Mahendra Soni, along with other local leaders and a large number of villagers and departmental officials.
