Lalitpur Police Achieve Top Rank in Grievance Redressal
In a remarkable display of quality and timely resolution of public grievances, Lalitpur Police has once again proven its excellence at the state level. Under the adept leadership of Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Kumar Bajpai, and in line with the Chief Minister's expectations, Lalitpur has secured the first position in the state's July 2026 ranking for effective resolution of complaints received through the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS).
This achievement is particularly noteworthy as all 16 police stations in the district recorded 100% quality and timely grievance redressal. The success is attributed to the effective resolution of complaints received through the Chief Minister's Helpline, online submissions, cases registered on 'Samadhan Diwas', and grievances from various higher officials, all prioritized for prompt action.
All 16 Police Stations Achieve 100% Performance
All 16 police stations in Lalitpur district have achieved the top rank in resolving IGRS complaints.
