Katrina Kaif Wishes ‘Tiger’ Salman Khan on His 60th Birthday

As Salman Khan turned 60 on Saturday, birthday wishes poured in from friends and colleagues, with Katrina Kaif sharing a heartfelt message for her longtime co-star and friend.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Katrina posted a picture of Salman and wrote, “Tiger Tiger Tiger…. Happiest 60th Birthday to the super human that you are… May every day be full of love and light.” She tagged the actor, fondly referring to him by his iconic on-screen moniker.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have shared screen space in several successful films, including Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Partner, Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai and Bharat (2019). They were last seen together in the third instalment of the Tiger franchise, which also featured Emraan Hashmi and Shah Rukh Khan in a special appearance.

Salman celebrated his milestone birthday at his Panvel farmhouse on Friday night. The party was attended by several film and sports personalities, including Huma Qureshi, Sangeeta Bijlani, MS Dhoni and Mika Singh. Videos from the celebration showed Salman cutting a red-and-white cake, dressed casually in a black T-shirt and blue jeans, and sharing a special moment with his father, veteran writer Salim Khan.

On the professional front, Salman was last seen in Sikandar, which failed to meet box-office expectations. He also made a cameo appearance in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut web series, The Ba**ds of Bollywood*. The actor will next be seen in Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia and co-starring Chitrangda Singh. The film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops.
