'Pink Sampoorn Samadhan Diwas' Held in Karnailganj

To ensure the swift and effective resolution of public grievances, a 'Pink Sampoorn Samadhan Diwas' was organized in the Karnailganj tehsil of Gonda district. The primary objective of this initiative is to listen to citizens' problems and provide immediate solutions.

District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan and Superintendent of Police Abhishek Jha personally attended the event, heard the petitioners' issues, and directed concerned officials to take prompt action. This event, as mandated by the government, reflects the administration's commitment to public service and good governance.

Student Appointed as Symbolic District Magistrate

A unique feature of this 'Pink Sampoorn Samadhan Diwas' was the appointment of class twelve student Srishti Shukla as a symbolic District Magistrate for the day, under the Mission Shakti program. Student Srishti Shukla listened to the petitioners' problems with utmost seriousness and provided necessary guidance for their resolution, promoting youth participation and offering practical insight into administrative work.

This step was a significant effort towards preparing the younger generation for leadership and responsibility.

Swift Resolution of Problems and Future Action Plan

During the public hearing, a total of 112 applications were received in Karnailganj tehsil. Of these, 10 complaints were successfully resolved on the spot, demonstrating the officials' promptness and commitment to problem-solving. Instructions have been given to complete the work for the remaining 102 applications within the stipulated timeframe.

District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan emphasized that the teams formed to resolve complaints must ensure both parties are present during on-site investigations to avoid inconvenience and ensure fair solutions. She also directed the use of photography and videography to maintain transparency and provide concrete evidence of the resolution process, thereby preventing future doubts or disputes.

This technology not only enhances transparency but also makes officials more accountable for their actions. The District Magistrate expects all concerned officials to consider the received applications with sensitivity and seriousness.

Strict Action on Encroachment and Pathway Disputes

The District Magistrate expressed strong dissatisfaction with cases of illegal encroachment and pathway disputes. She clarified that matters directly impacting public life should be given the highest priority. She instructed joint teams from the Revenue and Police departments to immediately visit the sites and take effective action to curb encroachers and free up public land.

Special emphasis was placed on resolving disputes related to pond demarcation, removal of illegal possessions, clearing pathways of encroachment, and drains on a priority basis. The District Magistrate warned that any negligence in resolving complaints would lead to strict disciplinary action against the concerned officials. All departmental officials have been directed to resolve complaints in a time-bound manner and submit a detailed report to the tehsil. Regular review meetings will also be organized to ensure no case remains pending.

Such prompt and decisive action builds trust in the administration among citizens.

Distribution of Benefits Under Government Schemes

At the conclusion of the Samadhan Diwas, beneficiaries of various government schemes were presented with certificates and essential aid materials. This was a significant step towards the effective implementation of government schemes and ensuring their benefits reach the general public.

The distributed items included Chief Minister's housing approval letters, nutrition kits for tuberculosis patients, Ayushman Bharat cards, ration cards, and mini seed kits from the agriculture department. These schemes are designed to uplift weaker sections of society and improve their standard of living.

District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan, Superintendent of Police Abhishek Jha, and symbolic District Magistrate Srishti Shukla jointly handed over these materials to the beneficiaries. Present on the occasion were Chief Medical Officer Dr. Santlal, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kumar Satyam Jeet, Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar Atul Pal, District Development Officer Aditya Tiwari, Deputy Director Agriculture Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, Project Director DRDA Sushil Kumar Pandey, District Panchayat Raj Officer GD Jain, along with other senior officials of the district and representatives from various departments.

The administration reiterated that the quality resolution of public issues is its top priority and that such events will continue to be held regularly in the future to ensure citizens receive accessible and prompt justice.
