Kapil Sharma’s comedy-drama Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is set for a theatrical re-release in January 2026, according to an official statement from the film’s producers. The move comes after the film struggled at the box office during its initial release on December 11, 2025, which coincided with the launch of Dhurandhar.

Initial Run Hindered by Competition

In the press release, the makers noted that while the film received positive responses from both audiences and critics, its theatrical performance was limited by restricted screen availability. “The film opened to positive responses from audiences and critics alike; however, its theatrical run was impacted by limited screen availability due to ongoing multiplex takeovers by other releases,” the statement read.

Producer Ratan Jain explained that the re-release aims to capitalize on the sustained interest and excitement among fans, giving viewers a chance to enjoy the film on the big screen.

Plot and Cast

Written and directed by Anukalp Goswami, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 follows Mohan (Kapil Sharma), a man in love with his girlfriend Sania, who finds himself forced to marry three women—Meera, Ruhi, and Jenny—from different religions and backgrounds due to family obligations.

The ensemble cast includes Manjot Singh, Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati, Ayesha Khan, Asrani, Akhilendra Mishra, Vipin Sharma, Sushant Singh, and Jamie Lever in key roles, adding layers of comedy and drama to the storyline.
